There are 2 types of registering form WDCTS provided:

• Children's Family Registration Form: This form could be used for registering children and adult(s) to WDCTS.
• Adult's Registration Form: This form is used for registering adult(s) only to WDCTS.

Please print out and fill the form fitted to your situation and submit it with check to Mrs. Chiayu Hsu 楊佳瑜 (301-879-1770) or bring/mail it to the location below:

• School Days:
  • at Wayside Elementary School (10011 Glen Road, Potomac, Maryland 20854)
  • Sunday afternoon from 1:30-6:00pm.
  • School days are from 2nd Sunday of September to the Sunday before Memorial Weekend of May.
  • We won't have school while it's long weekend.
• Summer Vacation: at P.O. Box 341384, Bethesda, MD 20827
